Staff were great! But I had to get sleep and it was like trying to sleep in a solarium… curtains blocked zero light unfortunately. Cool spot though but I had next to no sleep

Was greeted by Zoe and Oscar (the dog) such a friendly welcome. Was given an after hours number to call if I needed anything which I thought was a bonus. The room was large, clean and tidy. Great location.

The staff were amazing, Zoe your an excellent manager and big highlight to your mascot pooch, such a beautiful place to stay. I stayed in 3 different rooms, and each was amazing in the charter of the room. I stayed in the tower suit and was beautiful, to the garden view, to the wheelchair access room, which was also beautiful.
